GREEN TEA
As for green tea, it will experience steps as follows: harvested (to be collected then be processed as soon as possible), naturally spreaded (to reduce water content in tea buds to make them become more supple), stir-fried (to remove enzyme to prevent from fermenting by high temperature and remain original for color as well as taste), rubbed (to increase extraction from substances in leaves), doubly dried (to get moisture as required), curled in rolling tank (to shape), shaken through 4-layer screen then blown by fan (to classify based on size and quality) and packed (to be preserved in closed bags and be ready for shipping).
