1. Definition

Standard Oolong Tea is a semi-oxidized tea made from the mature leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. The level of oxidation typically ranges from 10% to 80%, placing it between green tea (non-oxidized) and black tea (fully oxidized). This unique processing gives oolong tea a wide range of flavors from floral and light to rich and roasted with a smooth, lingering finish.

2. Classification

Our company classifies Standard Oolong Tea into five categories: Golden Lily (Jin Xuan, with various grades and processing styles), Four Seasons (Si Ji Chun), Green Jade (Cui Yu), Green Heart (Qing Xin), and Snow Shan (Shan Tuyet).
