Standard Green Tea
1. Definition
Standard Green Tea is a non-oxidized tea made from the young leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant. After harvesting, the leaves are quickly pan-fired to prevent oxidation, then rolled and dried. This minimal processing helps preserve the tea’s natural green color, fresh aroma, and high levels of antioxidants such as catechins and polyphenols.
